Section 133
Termination of Maternal and Paternal Authority
In the following cases, the maternal and paternal authority that can be used by the mother and father over the son and daughter according to this paragraph shall be deemed to be terminated:-
(a) If he has attained the age of eighteen years,
(b) If he gets employment and lives differently. However, if a son or daughter is physically or mentally disabled, the matrilineal and paternal authority over him will not end, except in the case that he is married and living separately.
